Charles L. Bemis, Seventh Principal of Concord State Normal School, 1907 – 1913. Mr. Bemis was serving as Principal when the third CSNS building was destroyed by fire on November 22, 1910 and he continued serving the school during the challenging times and circumstances culminating with the relocation to the present campus in 1912.
